Smoke on the Low

For those of you "I-gotta-have-17-blunts" types, shut your mouth. This is for those of you who know the value of a good 4 lap run. It's all about patterns today and strengthening them - your sensitivity is increasing incrementally, so if you have habits - frequently used patterns - then you need to make sure they're good for you. Otherwise you're going to screw yourself up and get too deep in the ground before you get a chance to do anything - and that's where you're going to have your most serious problems.

If you smoke too much, take a 1 day break - everyday. What are you doing right now? Slipping and sleeping, right? Doing less than nothing, right? Wanting 3 but getting 0, right? Stop smoking that shit and get on the good foot - forever.

If you eat too much - stop it. Nothing is worth eating that much. What good is that food if you're too roachy to enjoy it? It's alright to have a little more, but don't make it a habit. You train your body to want that amount...and over time, you'll want a little more extra from that.

If you play games all day and are generally a sorry ass - then you need to get it in gear with momentum. Start moving now and not later. When you move right now, right away, you start churning those willpower gears, and that helps.

Remember:

Nothing big out of nowhere happens. It always starts small.

Nothing happens before feeling. When you feel it, you think it, then you do it. If you don't feel it, something may be wrong, so consider that. If you're not feeling the situation on the inside - for real, then find out why.

and Nothing is isolated, even though we'd like to think so. I know you like to jack off in the corner of your room all century, so even though you think no one feels it, they do. You doing something effects something else. Don't let your mind evade this fact.

Alright, that seems to be all for now. Don't want to ruin it by getting all emotional too hard. Late.

After countless hours of downloading grease to my body, scathing my brain with drugs, and generally taking a sorry ass route, the same steps I wrote in idle moments now contain the potency I need to transcend the scene. As they say, when the student is ready, the teacher will appear, and that foo hopped out of the bushes with a mission. So, for lack of a better phrase, a mofo is READY nowadays. Take from this what you can and come back a lot.
